Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Barburrito. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food meets our quality control standards, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and safe for our customers.
- Staff Management: Train and develop our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Operations and Administration: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Language: English
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, relocation costs covered by employer
