Job Description

This role seeks a highly skilled Control Testing Specialist to ensure compliance with internal rules and cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidate will conduct control tests, manage access controls, and lead awareness initiatives around compliance, specifically in cybersecurity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular control tests to verify departments' adherence to internal guidelines.

  • Develop a comprehensive control catalog emphasizing business relationships.

  • Lead awareness initiatives around compliance, focusing on cybersecurity best practices.

  • Work collaboratively within a 14-member team, including offshore consultants, to drive remediation and risk analysis efforts.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Previous experience with MI 52-109 or SOX 302.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • 6-7 years of experience in control testing or internal audit.

  • Experience working with major audit firms preferred.
