Job Title: Production Line Technician

Are you a skilled Production Line Technician looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Production Line Technician.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Line Technician to perform automated system-level testing on network switching equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring failures during testing, reporting issues to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician, and contributing to team success by freely sharing ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Perform automated system-level testing on network switching equipment to determine product functionality
  • Monitor any failures during testing and report them to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician
  • Report any test software or equipment issues or improvements to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician
  • Perform mechanical/electrical assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) into product cases
  • Inspect PCBA and metal work as per inspection procedure
  • Assemble and package products
  • Use fixtures and power/hand tools according to product specifications
  • Follow detailed process instructions and work towards meeting daily goals
  • Prepare and kit picklists for the lines while assisting other peers with water spider and de-trashing activities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment by complying with procedures
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automated system-level testing and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
