Financial Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial data analysis and strategic planning, with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial information of projects, assisting with operational reviews, internal controls, and business process improvements
  • Presentation of meaningful trends and variance analysis to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • Develop business cases, budgets, forecasts, and benefits analysis to support project and operational decision making
  • Provide leadership in monitoring, assessing, interpreting, highlighting, and reporting on financial and project/operational area performance
  • Gather information through research and analysis to build spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphs, and reports to summarize information
  • Monitors and analyzes operational and financial information for the project's operations
  • Forecast results and creating reports for the Leadership Team
  • Builds partnerships with program managers and key stakeholders across internal programs and services, as well as across health care authorities
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA)
  • 3-4 years+ experience with project and operational financials
  • Strong knowledge of Excel as well as Financial Reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior analytical skills and strong presentation skills
