About the Role

Pride Pak Canada is seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Provide Strategic Advice: Conduct in-depth analysis of managerial methods and organizational structures to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop Quality Management Standards: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality management and quality assurance standards that align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify areas of improvement in managerial policies and programs, and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
  • Propose Process Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Manage Budget and Expenditures: Plan, control, and optimize budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, and provide guidance on best practices for team management.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
