About the Role

Pride Pak Canada is seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Provide Strategic Advice: Conduct in-depth analysis of our operational methods and organization to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop Quality Management Standards: Collaborate with our team to establish and implement quality management and quality assurance standards that align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Propose Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategic plans to implement changes that drive business results.
  • Manage Budget and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize business value.
  • Lead and Advise Staff: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, and provide guidance on best practices for operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
