Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solutions.
  • Present analytics solutions to business stakeholders, highlighting their robustness and potential for generating business value.
  • Communicate results to senior management and develop plans to operationalize analytics solutions.
  • Translate strategy into action, leveraging excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues simply.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in data analytics.
  • Domain expertise in Healthcare is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, SAS, and MS Office, with a good understanding of data science concepts.
  • Ability to engage with Executive/VP-level stakeholders to effectively translate business problems into analytics solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with clients and team members.
  • Graduate Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.
