About the Role

As a key member of the QuadReal Property Group team, the IT Manager, Equity and Debt Systems will play a critical role in the technology enablement and sustainment of the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Vision and Strategy: Represent IT to the business by promoting the IT vision, values, services, and capabilities.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Proactively ensure that appropriate end-to-end application lifecycle management, change control, production support processes, and quality measures are in place.
  • Vendor Management: Manage day-to-day key third-party software and support vendor relationships.
  • Project Management: Support the sourcing and allocation of appropriately skilled resources and expertise for the successful delivery of Enterprise Solutions projects.
  • Cloud Enterprise Applications: Responsible for the full lifecycle planning, design, implementation, and sustainment of all cloud enterprise applications within their portfolio.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experienced with Debt and Equity Systems and processes, and experience leading enterprise-level IT Projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Cloud Solutions: Solid understanding of best practices for IT operations of cloud solutions.
