Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to join our team at River Guard Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Helper will assist our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and reading blueprints to determine work requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Perform pre-operational inspections
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Attention to detail
Work Environment:

The Construction Helper will work on construction sites, which can be outdoors and may involve working at heights, in noisy and dusty environments.
