Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

Action Force Transport Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve driver productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
