Restaurant Manager Job Description
At Subway (1041956 BC), we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive revenue growth.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
