Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available, and willingness to travel is required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
