At BIG - Whitby, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines CSR to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow-up, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow-up to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Support the sales and service team in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to underwriting guidelines and processes to ensure accurate and compliant policy issuance.
- Manage renewals, reviewing and re-marketing policies, identifying gaps and opportunities, and making recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Qualifications: Minimum 1 year RIBO license and 1 year general insurance brokerage experience.
- Competitive base salary with opportunities for growth and development.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
- Encouraged to be creative, innovative, and autonomous in your work.
- Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 + monthly bonus.
