Job Summary

The Assistant Lodge Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our camp facility. Reporting to the Lodge Manager, this position will assist with overall operations, logistics, food services, contracts, environmental, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Lodge Manager to lead and coordinate overall operations
  • Identify and implement site strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure operational goals are met and exceeded
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, owners, and residents
  • Maintain a human resources strategy that attracts, retains, and utilizes human capital effectively
  • Critically review and assess current operations to drive constant improvement

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business or management
