About the Role:- The Senior Culinary Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- They will work closely with the chef to develop new menu items and ensure that existing dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- This role requires a strong focus on attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- To lead the culinary team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
- To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- To manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we minimize waste and optimize purchasing decisions.
- To supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- To collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and events, to ensure seamless execution of special events and promotions.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a similar restaurant setting.
