At SCRUB CITY UNIFORMS, we are looking for a skilled Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and customer areas.
  • Process merchandise, including receiving and stocking inventory, and preparing merchandise for sale.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging merchandise to appeal to customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
