Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve all company goals and initiatives. The Sales Associate will model and maintain excellent customer service with effective communication, product knowledge, and appropriate selling techniques. The Sales Associate will maintain company standards of all merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing while maintaining a new and clean store and backroom.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be accountable for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the store's products, including features, benefits, and availability.
  • Merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment that meets company standards.
  • Supporting the Store Leadership Team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Performing daily housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe store environment.
  • Guaranteeing company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Have previous retail experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.

The Sales Associate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts. The candidate must be able to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, climb a ladder, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
