Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

As a Spa Front Desk Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and making everyone feel valued and understood
  • Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
  • Supporting clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing questions
  • Helping grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
