Auto Parts Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Diagnostic Auto Center. As an Auto Parts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting customers with their parts needs, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Parts Sales: Sell auto parts and accessories to customers, including answering questions and making recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
