Auto Parts Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Auto Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Diagnostic Auto Center. As an Auto Parts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting up displays of retail parts and accessories, advising customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and maintaining records on our inventory control system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to showcase our products in an attractive and organized manner.
- Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, ensuring they receive the right products for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records on our inventory control system, including tracking inventory levels and processing requisition orders.
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, ensuring they are properly stored and organized.
- Sell spare and replacement parts to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Store items in our warehouse, tool room, or supply area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Work Environment:
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
