About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Pricing Specialist to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for driving pricing decisions for our SaaS and Payments products globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth across SaaS and Payments products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pricing insights into product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Design and implement processes for implementing pricing changes and new features.
- Track and analyze the success of pricing changes and refine strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in pricing and packaging research, preferably in SaaS, Payments, or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of influencing and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Previous experience in creating and implementing new work routines and processes.
- Strong financial modeling and commercial business model understanding.
- Experience managing large-scale, global projects that involve various parts of the organization.
