Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that our menus are consistently available.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience at A&W.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.

Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
