Job Description

The Visitor and Facilities Steward is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate person or area
  • Handles incoming calls and messages, and responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manages the front desk area, including maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the space
  • Assists with the coordination of building maintenance activities, including scheduling and monitoring progress
  • Ensures the safety and security of our facilities, including monitoring access and reporting incidents
  • Provides administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma in administration or a related field
  • One or more years of related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
