Job Title: Tile Fitter

Manson Floor Covering Ltd is seeking a skilled Tile Fitter to join our team. As a Tile Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and finishing tile and stone surfaces in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and measure surfaces to be covered with tile and stone
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and other materials as needed
  • Set and align tiles to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings
  • Remove and replace damaged or cracked tiles
  • Supervise and instruct apprentices as needed
  • Estimate costs and materials for tile and stone installations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in tile installation and finishing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial and residential setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
Work Environment:
  • Commercial and residential settings
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
