We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Product Strategist to join our team at CareerBeacon. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level, analyze business requirements to identify gaps, and translate requirements into functional user stories.
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- Proven Salesforce product knowledge and experience with requirement management tools like JIRA.
- Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in implementing one of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales/Service), and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
