About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to join our high-performing service team at Enns Brothers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient daily operation of our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Daily Shop Functions: Maximize throughput while emphasizing work quality and employee safety.
  • Assign Work: Match technician capability with complexity of the work order.
  • Understand Service Department Policies: Familiarize yourself with all Service Department policies and procedures for proper and consistent Dealership operations.
  • Support Health and Safety: Actively support health and safety regulations and internal company safety policies.
  • Practice Preventive Maintenance: Regularly maintain all Service department tools, equipment, trucks, and facility.
  • Mentor New Technicians: Assist in their development and growth within the team.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Support service writers with quotes and customer inquiries.
  • Assist Service Manager: Collaborate with the Service Manager on employee review and development processes.
  • Work with Other Departments: Proactively work with Parts and Sales departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High School Completion or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 Years in a Busy Service Department
  • 2 Years Supervisory Experience
  • Ag Background
  • Journeyman Technician Certification (Asset)
  • Driver's License and Clear Abstract
