About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure a high level of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Sort and store cleaned items in designated areas.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
