About the Role

As a Financial Planner at King Street Associates, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized financial plans that meet the unique needs and objectives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that address clients' investment and financing needs.
  • Identify business development opportunities to increase new customer acquisition and grow existing portfolios.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with quality and risk management standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage expertise and experience in delivering high-quality financial solutions.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of financial professionals in the Personal Banking sector, reporting to the Financial Planners Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships across three branches in the Mississauga region.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalency recognized by FP Canada) and relevant experience in business development in financial advisory services.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or on track to become CFP within the next 12 months.
  • Mutual Funds Representative (MFR) License.
  • Portfolio management experience with business development objectives.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
