We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Subcontractor Payables Administrator to join our team at EllisDon. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of subcontractor invoices and payables.
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify subcontractor invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to obtain necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely payment of subcontractor invoices
- Provide excellent customer service to subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in software applications related to accounts payable and financial operations
