About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team as a Digital Transformation Lead - Salesforce Product Expert. In this key position, you will contribute to the overall success of our Digital Transformation initiatives and drive a dedicated backlog with partners in Business Banking, Retail & Small Business, Operations, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Salesforce Vendor, other product managers, functional SME's, bank stakeholders, software engineers, and designers to translate user journeys into actionable, prioritized backlog deliverables and follow through to delivery.
  • Oversee the rollout of an industry-leading digital experience and engage stakeholders, incorporating feedback from participants, prioritizing key features and experiences.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Leader in agile product management to prioritize effectively and manage inter-dependencies across key scrum teams.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager/Owner, building customer-facing digital products and Salesforce experience with Sales and Service Cloud or FSC Cloud.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing a technology product or a digital journey end-to-end, from inception to delivery.
  • 8-10 years of experience working in multiple functional areas such as Agile/Scrum environment.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
  • Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale projects.
