Job Description

This permanent position involves working 35-40 hours per week, with public transportation available. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and excellent planning and organizational skills. In addition to assisting the head chef, you will also be responsible for determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, and estimating food requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Chef Assistant
  • Excellent attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management skills
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
