We are seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team at RAMA SWEETS AND RESTAURANT LTD DBA MASALA JUNCTION INDIAN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all dishes and utensils are clean and sanitized before use.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
