Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at FEI International Express Halifax Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and shipping/receiving
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and coordinating with other departments
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Establish and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and shipping/receiving data
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
