Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

FEI International Express Halifax Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Train and supervise staff in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory control and supply chain management.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
