About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Operational Excellence. As a key member of our project management office, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of key initiatives that align with our 3-year strategic plan.

You will be responsible for managing Escalated Event Case Management Protocol for the Canadian market, working across all lines of business, with senior-level stakeholders at the local and international level. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, will enable you to drive the flawless implementation of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, issues, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
