Job Title: Executive Chef

MODO MIO ITALIAN RESTAURANT is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that showcase our Italian cuisine
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
