### Job Title: CAD Drafting Specialist

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafting Specialist to join our team at Abacus Service Corporation. As a CAD Drafting Specialist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD software. Your expertise will be utilized to review plans, details, and specifications for upcoming projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Review and analyze plans, details, and specifications for roofing and waterproofing projects
* Communicate with design authorities and end-users to clarify expansion joint configurations
* Prepare expansion joint layouts on AutoCAD for quoting purposes
* Create custom expansion joint details for non-standard conditions
* Collaborate with other drafting technicians to coordinate workload and tackle demanding projects
* Maintain organized and timely deliverables for sales and production departments

#### Qualifications

* Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD with 3+ years of experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Fluency in English is a must
* Ability to discuss technical details with customers and design authorities
* Reliable and keen eye to detail
