Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at MG HOUSEHOLD. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized living environment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming and dusting surfaces.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Assist with laundry, ironing, and other household chores.
  • Provide companionship and support to our residents, engaging in activities and conversations as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in household or caregiving roles preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
