Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the creation of Simulation Needs required to meet Propulsion Thermal milestones. This includes TFRP for Software, Calibration, Systems, and Features tests.

You will also lead the management of CoSimulation packages used by the Propulsion Thermal Management organization. This includes hosting collaboration meetings with key stakeholders such as VDDV, SIL, System, SW, and Calibration teams.

Additionally, you will support the evaluation of CoSimulation packages, including data reviews, simulation behavioral tests, automation methods, and authoring/execution of comprehensive test plans to assess software and simulation products at different system levels.

In this role, you will develop and define testing strategies to ensure first-time quality. You will understand functional, safety, and compliance requirements and implement appropriate test plans and setups.

You will provide expertise and guidance to the team to identify and resolve product problems. You will contribute to and guide the team knowledge base so common software errors, corner-case situations, and other learnings can be retained and shared.

You will also be an active member of the SQA scrum, acting as a subject matter expert to enable Solution in @context and System Testing for CoSimulation Needs.

In this role, you will manage defects identified by various stakeholders within Propulsion Thermal Management, tracking issues to resolution. You will lead collaboration efforts with controls, diagnostic, and software cross-functional teams as well as other stakeholders to define effective acceptance criteria.
