Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that products are readily available for shipment.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the receipt and delivery of goods, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters.
Support for Youths:
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, helping them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, promoting cultural understanding and respect.
