Job Summary

Nikhil's Anand & Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping young individuals develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement life skills workshops to empower young individuals with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
  • Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs to create personalized support plans.
  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions to address the unique challenges faced by our clients.
  • Assist clients with special needs and accompany them to appointments and social outings.
  • Offer mentoring and guidance to help young individuals set and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Criminal record check.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
