Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Organizational Change Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to understand business needs and develop effective change management plans.
  • Communicate Change: Develop and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders, build support, and manage resistance to change.
  • Train and Develop: Design and deliver training programs to build the skills and knowledge of employees to support organizational change.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • University Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives, developing and implementing change management strategies, and communicating change to stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Proven experience with change management certifications such as Prosci or ADKAR.
