Senior Leadership Position Job Description

The THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
