Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to develop and implement effective knowledge transfer methods and techniques.
  • Identify and implement best practices for education and knowledge transfer within assigned HCIS operations areas.
  • Provide guidance and support to front-line staff and others on education and knowledge transfer methods, technologies, and best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge services initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with clinical background in diabetes education experience.
  • Strong understanding of adult teaching and learning principles and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
