Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B4U Videos & Computer Repair and Punjab Wireless. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it is of high quality and meets our customers' needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, increasing sales and revenue.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements, ensuring that we have the right number of staff to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Work Environment: Ensure that the store is a safe and healthy work environment, complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Work Term: Temporary.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
