Family Lawyer Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced family lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in family law and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients and referral sources.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative and effective solutions for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other lawyers and staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm dealing with family law matters.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of family law legislation and case law.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
