Family Law Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. Our client is a leading multi-service firm in Mississauga, and they require a skilled professional to handle complex Family Law matters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law cases. They will be responsible for building their own practice while providing exceptional client service to high net worth clients with Family Law matters involving support, property, and parenting issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and understanding of contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property. They will also require experience in the division of assets and finances.

We are looking for a lawyer who can work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and strong academic credentials.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex Family Law cases involving support, property, and parenting issues
  • Build and maintain a strong client base
  • Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and other team members
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Family Law legislation and case law

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law cases
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Family Law matters
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong academic credentials
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
