About the Role

We are seeking a committed Assistant to support our Wealth Management division at Banque Nationale. The primary duties of this position include:

  • Enhancing communication among clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels.
  • Evaluating client accounts to assist advisors in their business functions.
  • Executing account transactions with precision.
  • Establishing and managing client documentation.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings for advisors and clients.
  • Upholding compliance standards and managing risks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A completed college diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • At least one year of applicable experience.
