About the Role

We are seeking a committed Assistant to support our Wealth Management division at Banque Nationale. In this role, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Enhancing communication among clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels.
  • Evaluating client accounts to assist advisors in their business operations.
  • Executing account transactions with precision.
  • Establishing and managing client documentation.
  • Organizing advisors' schedules, appointments, and client interactions.
  • Upholding compliance and risk management standards.

Qualifications:

  • A completed college diploma in a relevant discipline.
