Restaurant Operations Manager

At Isaan Der-Thai Kitchen & Bar, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Train and develop staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet business needs.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
